About me

I am a very passionate and fully qualified Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist. My training covered a wide range of massage and advanced soft tissue techniques, which enable me to advise and treat clients in the prevention, recognition and treatment of an injury or medical condition, and to help support the clients to maintain and improve their health and wellbeing.

I work at the MatchPoint Tennis Academy (Oxted/Surrey), The Massage Centre in Chiswick (west London) alongside other sports therapists, massage therapists and physiotherapists, providing treatments for a wide range of clientele including: athletes, runners, cyclists, footballers, triathletes, musicians, actors, business people, full time mums, people recovering from operations and injuries, to name a few. I also work at the South East Cancer Help Centre in Purley, providing therapeutic massage for cancer patients, as well as their carers and family members.

I appreciate that one size doesn't fit all and to help clients in the best possible way we have to really understand their needs. For that reason, treatments are tailored to suit the needs of the induvidual and are regularly reviewed as conditions improve. A great treatment is something more than just a pain relief. It is understanding how the problem came about and how it can be avoided in the future.

I am a registered practitioner with the following organisations: Complementary Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and Complementary Therapists Association (CThA).
